Mexicali Nacho Platter Recipe
Ingredients
| Lipton Nacho Cheese Soup Mix - 1 envelope | ||
| Milk | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Boneless chicken breasts - 1 pound, cooked and cut into thin strips | ||
| Corn tortilla or nacho chips | ||
| Assorted Nacho Toppings | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a large 2-quart saucepan, pour in the nacho cheese soup mix and milk and whip well till combined through. Bring this mixture to the boil till it thickens. Then reduce heat and simmer covered while stirring occasionally for five minute
2. Add the chicken and heat through again
SERVING
3. Arrange the chips on the serving platter, cover with the Nacho sauce, assorted nacho toppings and cheese. Pour over the sauce and serve immediately.
