Mexicali Eggs Recipe
Ingredients
| Treet | 1 Can (10oz), sliced | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| 8 eggs, lightly beaten | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Green chile | 1 Can (10oz), heated | |
Directions
In frying pan, cook Treet on both sides until brown; remove from pan.
Melt butter in frying pan; add onion.
Cook until tender.
Combine eggs and seasonings; pour into pan.
Cook slowly, stirring occasionally, until eggs are cooked.
Spoon eggs over hot Treet slices.
Pour salsa over top.
