Ingredients
2 1/2 to 3 pounds chicken drumettes
1 package (1 1/4 to 1 1/2 ounces) taco seasoning mix
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 tablespoon chopped green chilies
Directions
1. Place chicken drumettes in a plastic bag. Add taco seasoning mix and shake to coat well.
2. Arrange half of chicken drumettes on a microwave-oven-safe platter in spoke fashion with meaty portion to outside of platter. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 9 minutes at High; turn over once. Repeat with remaining drumettes.
