1 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 (1 lb) can kidney beans, drained
1/2 French dressing
1/2 cup water
1 Tbsp. chili powder
4 cups shredded lettuce
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
Directions
In 2 qt glass casserole, microwave (high) ground beef and onion 4-6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
Pour off drippings.
Stir in kidney beans, French dressing, water, and chili powder.
Microwave (high) 4-6 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking.
In large mixing bowl, combine lettuce and green onions.
Add cooked sauce and I 1/2 cups cheese; toss lightly.
Arrange in lettuce-lined serving bowl.
Sprinkle with additional 1/2 cup cheese.
