Meuniere Sauce Recipe

3 tablespoons butter or margarine
 
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
 
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce Chopped parsley

Directions

Simmer butter in heavy saucepan until browned slightly (don't let it burn). Add lemon juice and whisk well. Add Worcestershire sauce. Spoon sauce over fish. Sprinkle with parsley.
