Meuniere Sauce Recipe

This Meuniere Sauce recipe is a delicious keeper and always a plus in my cookbook! This Meuniere Sauce is surely going to make you popular amongst your friends once you treat them to it.

Ingredients

 
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
 
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
 
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce Chopped parsley

Directions

Simmer butter in heavy saucepan until browned slightly (don't let it burn). Add lemon juice and whisk well. Add Worcestershire sauce. Spoon sauce over fish. Sprinkle with parsley.
