| Ghee | 125 Gram | |
| Pomegranate seeds | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Red chilli powder | 1/2 Teaspoon |
Directions
MAKING
1 Cut and discard the stems of fenugreek.
2 Wash well.
3 Chop the leaves finely.
4 In a bowl, sprinkle the fenugreek with salt and keep aside for 10 minutes.
5 Squeeze out the water by gently pressing between your palms.
6 Add in the red chilli powder and pomegranate seeds, mix well.
SERVING
7 Use the mixture to stuff the parathas.
