 Aloo1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (wash and chop)
 Methi leaves1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (wash and chop)
 Onion1 , finely chopped
 Tomato1 , finely chopped
 Ginger and garlic paste1 Teaspoon
 Coconut1 Tablespoon (For garnishing)
 Oil1 Teaspoon
 Mustard seeds1 Teaspoon

Directions

In a kaadai put oil.
Add mustard seeds,curry leaves,onion and fry till brown colour.
Now add methi leaves and fry till it turns soft.
Add mix vegetables,tomato and fry till they are cooked.
When they are cooked add 2tsp of sambar pd,salt and fry for another 5mins.
When salt is adjusted and vegetables are cooked nicely
It is ready to eat with Hot chapati,roti,naan...........

Hello, I think what the chef has meant is "Sambar powder"; which is a ready mix spice powder used in the preparation of the popular South Indian curry Sambar. However, I also notice that the chef has missed out this in the ingredient list.
