Methi Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| Broiler : 1 Kg cut into small pieces | ||
| Ginger-garlic paste : 2 tbsp | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Red chillies | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garam masala | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Worchestershire sauce : 2 tbsp | ||
| Oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Methi leaves, chopped and semifried : 1 cup | ||
| Onions | 6 | |
Directions
1. Marinate chicken pieces in Worchestershire sauce, salt, masalas and ginger-garlic paste for four hours.
2. Chop onions fine and saute in oil till golden brown. Add the chicken pieces along with the marinade and let it cook on a slow fire till the entire moisture has dried and the chicken is tender.
3. Fry the chicken till brown.
4. Add the cooked methi and cook for a little while longer.
