 Broiler : 1 Kg cut into small pieces
 Ginger-garlic paste : 2 tbsp
 Salt To Taste
 Red chillies1 Teaspoon
 Garam masala1 Teaspoon
 Worchestershire sauce : 2 tbsp
 Oil3 Tablespoon
 Methi leaves, chopped and semifried : 1 cup

Directions

1. Marinate chicken pieces in Worchestershire sauce, salt, masalas and ginger-garlic paste for four hours.
2. Chop onions fine and saute in oil till golden brown. Add the chicken pieces along with the marinade and let it cook on a slow fire till the entire moisture has dried and the chicken is tender.
3. Fry the chicken till brown.
4. Add the cooked methi and cook for a little while longer.
