Ingredients

 
1 tbsp cooking oil
 
2 green chillies finely chopped
 
1 inch piece of ginger finely chopped
 
2 cups potatoes peeled and diced
 
1/2 cup fresh methi sun dried and washed
 
1 tsp turmeric powder
 
1 tsp turmeric powder
 
Iodized salt to taste
 
1 tbsp coriander powder
 
1 tbsp Nutrilite Protein Powder
 
1/4 cup Perfect drinking water

Directions

1. Turn the heat on medium
2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non stick pan
3. Stir fry green chillies and ginger for a minute
4. Add the potatoes and coat them with oil
5. Add the dried methi
6. Season the vegetable with turmeric powder, red chillie powder, salt and coriander powder
7. Mi all the ingredients well
8. Cook the vegetable covered for 5 min on low heat
9. Add 1 tbsp Nutrilite protein powder and mix it in the potatoes
10. Cook the vegetable covered for 5 min on low heat
11. Add 1/4 cup perfect drinking water
12. Cook the vegetable covered on low heat till done
13. Serve Aloo Methi hot with Rotis
