Mermaid S Imperial Delight Recipe
Ingredients
| Green pepper | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 pound medium shrimp, shelled and cleaned | ||
| Cooked rice | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mayonnaise | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Peas | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Crabmeat package | 1 , drained, flaked | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
In 2-quart casserole, combine green pepper and butter.
Cook at HIGH 1 1/2 minutes; stir once.
Add shrimp and cook at MEDIUM 2 minutes; stir once.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cook, covered with lid, at MEDIUM 8 to 9 minutes, or until heated through, stir twice.
Top, if desired, with buttered bread crumbs.
Cook at HIGH 1 1/2 minutes; stir once.
Add shrimp and cook at MEDIUM 2 minutes; stir once.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
