Meringues Recipe
Ingredients
1 egg white
6 oz. granulated sugar
3 Tbs. hot water
Directions
Put all the ingredients in a basin and beat over a pan of boiling water until the mixture is thick and will keep its shape.
Put in small spoonfuls on a greased tray and bake in a slow oven.
