Meringue Drops Recipe
Ingredients
| Egg whites | 2 | |
| Powdered sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 c. dates, cut | ||
| Nuts | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Coconut | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Whip egg whites until dry.
Add powdered sugar, then remaining ingredients.
Drop by spoonsful on slightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 250° for 20 minutes.
Let stand after taking out to cool.
