Meringue Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
| Egg whites | 2 | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Almonds | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Semi-sweet chocolate | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Preheat oven to 250° F.
Beat whites until stiff; add sugar 1 tablespoon at a time and continue beating until whites are shiny.
Fold in nuts and chocolate.
Drop onto greased cookie sheet and bake 1 hour.
