Meringue Recipe
Would you like to taste the best ever Meringue? I prepare this yum Meringue as a Dessert every month or even more often. It is one European dish which will never fail to impress you or your guests. Trust me, once you taste this Meringue you are bound to prepare it again!
Ingredients
3 egg whites
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 tablespoons sugar
Directions
Beat egg whites with cream of tartar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
Gradually add sugar while beating until stiff and glossy.
Spread meringue on pie filling, sealing against edge.
Bake for 15 minutes or until peaks are golden brown.
