Easy Meringue Recipe

Ingredients
3 egg whites
1/8 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons sugar
Directions
1. Beat egg whites and salt in a bowl until frothy. Add sugar gradually, beating until soft peaks form.
2. Pile meringue lightly over pie filling. Swirl with back of a spoon; seal to edges of crust.
3. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 3 minutes at High.
