Meringue Recipe

A nice Meringue recipe is something that you don't come across everyday. Luckily, you've stumbled on this page. I will prepare this Meringue as Dessert for a get-together I am soon going to host. Ingredients

 
2 egg whites, beaten until stiff
 
1 1/2 2 T. sugar (fold in last)
 
2 T. cold water
 
1/4 tsp. vanilla
 
1/2 T. lemon juice

Directions

Beat chilled whites; when half beaten, add water and continue beating until mixture just holds its shape.
Fold in sugar carefully.
Spread or drop by tablespoon on filled crust.
Bake for 15 minutes at 325°.
This lemon pie is so delicious - it is better to double the whole recipe
