Melty Mix Ups Recipe

Ingredients
1 can (12 ounces) pork luncheon meat
1 cup grated process Swiss cheese (half an 8-ounce package)
2 hard-cooked eggs, diced
1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tablespoon grated onion
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
6 hamburger buns, split
Directions
Mash pork luncheon meat with a fork in medium size bowl; stir in cheese, eggs, mayonnaise or salad dressing, onion and mustard.
Spoon into prepared rolls; wrap each in aluminum foil, sealing tightly; place on cookie sheet.
Bake in hot oven (400°) for about 15 minutes, or until heated through.
