Ingredients

 Cornstarch1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Confectioner’s sugar11/2 Cup (16 tbs), sifted
 Flour3 Cup (16 tbs), sifted
 Butter/Margarine2 Cup (16 tbs), softened
 Vanilla1 1/2 Teaspoon
 4 cups (about) Baker's Angel
 Coconut10 Gram

Directions

Sift cornstarch, sugar, and flour together.
Blend butter and vanilla into dry ingredients until a soft dough is formed.
Chill if desired, then shape into small balls, about 1/2 inch in diameter.
Roll in coconut and place about 1 inch apart on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake in slow oven (300°F.) 20 to 25 minutes, or until coconut is golden brown.
