Vanilla Melting Moments Recipe
Ingredients
| Cornstarch | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Confectioner’s sugar | 11/2 Cup (16 tbs), sifted | |
| Flour | 3 Cup (16 tbs), sifted | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Cup (16 tbs), softened | |
| Vanilla | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 4 cups (about) Baker's Angel | ||
| Coconut | 10 Gram | |
Directions
Sift cornstarch, sugar, and flour together.
Blend butter and vanilla into dry ingredients until a soft dough is formed.
Chill if desired, then shape into small balls, about 1/2 inch in diameter.
Roll in coconut and place about 1 inch apart on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake in slow oven (300°F.) 20 to 25 minutes, or until coconut is golden brown.
