Melons In Rum Lime Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Plain yogurt | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 4 tbsp. liquid honey | ||
| Lime juice | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Lime rind | 2 Teaspoon, grated | |
| 1/4-1/2 cup rum (optional) OR 1/2 tsp. rum flavoring | ||
| 2 honeydew melons cut into 1" (2.5 cm) cubes OR 1" (2.5 cm) melon balls | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a jar, add the yogurt, honey, lime juice, rum or rum flavoring and lime rind.
2) Blend well and refrigerate.
SERVING
3) Pour the sauce over melon cubes balls and serve immediately.
