Ingredients
1 1/2 cups cantaloupe or honeydew melon balls
1/4 cup sliced strawberries
Dressing
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup cooking oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
Directions
Place melon and strawberries in serving dishes or half melon shells.
In blender, combine all Dressing ingredients except celery seed; mix well.
Stir in celery seed.
Spoon dressing over melon just before serving.
Store remaining dressing in a covered container in the refrigerator; use for other fruit salads.
