Ingredients
1 cantaloupe
1 small honeydew melon
1/4 watermelon
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup water
Grated rind of 1 lime
Juice of 2 limes
1/2 cup rum
1 or 2 cups fresh blueberries
Fresh mint for garnish
Directions
Scoop melon balls from all the melons; refrigerate.
In a saucepan, bring sugar and water to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
Remove from heat; add lime rind; cool to room temperature.
Stir in lime juice and rum.
Pour sauce over fruit; add blueberries.
Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours before serving.
Garnish with sprigs of fresh mint.
