Melon With Raspberry Sorbet Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 small, very ripe Honey-dew or Charentais melons, chilled | ||
| 1/2 quantity Raspberry Sorbet | ||
| 2 tablespoons framboise liqueur or kirsch frosted raspberry leaves | ||
Directions
1. Cut the melons in half, scoop out and discard the seeds. Cut a thin slice from the base of each half so that they stand firmly.
2. Scoop some raspberry sorbet into each cavity, pour over a little liqueur and decorate with frosted leaves.
