Melon With Prawns Recipe
Ingredients
| Prawns | 8 Ounce, frozen | |
| Melon | 1 Small | |
| 4 tabs. double cream | ||
| 1 tab. of each of the following finely chopped: Green or red peppers and tarragon | ||
| 4 tabs. mayonnaise and a dash of Tabasco, salt and pepper, and 1 tab. tomato ketchup | ||

Directions
Mix together mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, chopped peppers, tarragon and cream.
Season to taste, adding Tabasco with discretion.
Peel melon, take out seeds and dice the flesh.
Mix with sauce and the prawns.
