Melon With Minted Lime Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lime juice | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Mint | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| 2 teaspoons grated lime peel | ||
| 1-1/2 teaspoons ground ginger or 2 tablespoons grated fresh gingerroot | ||
| 8 cups melon balls or cubes | ||
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (MINTED LIME DIP:) | |

Directions
In a bowl, combine the sugar, water, lime juice, mint, lime peel and ginger.
Add melon balls.
Cover and refrigerate for 1-6 hours.
Thread melon onto wooden skewers or toothpicks.
In a bowl, combine dip ingredients.
Serve with melon.
