Melon Medley Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 watermelon, cut lengthwise | ||
| 2 cantaloupes, peeled and seeded | ||
| 1 honeydew, peeled and seeded | ||
| 1 4/5-quart bottle rose wine | ||
| 2 quarts raspberry sherbet | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) With a melon ball cutter, scoop out the pulp from watermelon, discard seeds.
2) Cut cantaloupe into small chunks and honeydew in thin slices.
MAKING
3) Combine watermelon balls, cantaloupe, and honeydew and spoon in the watermelon shells.
4) Drizzle rose wine and refrigerate until chill.
SERVING
5) Serve fruit mixture over scoops of raspberry sherbet.
