Melon Bubbles Recipe
Melon Bubbles has a grand taste. Melon Bubbles gets its taste from melon ball mixed with ice cubes and boiling water. Melon Bubbles is liked by many people.
Ingredients

| Boiling water | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cold water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ice cubes | ||
| Cantaloupe melon | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Combine cold water and enough ice cubes to measure 1 1/4 cups.
Add to gelatin; stir until slighdy thickened.
Remove any unmelted ice.
Measure 1 1/3 cups gelatin; add melon.
Pour into 7 individual dishes or medium serving bowl.
Beat remaining gelatin at high speed with electric mixer until thickened and doubled in volume.
Spoon over gelatin in dishes.
Chill until set, about 2 hours.
Garnish as desired.
