Melon Balls And Strawberries With Fresh Mint Recipe

Directions
Wash the strawberries only if they are sandy.
Hull them and slice into thirds lengthwise.
Put the slices in a bowl.
Cut the cantaloupe in half and scrape out the seeds.
Scoop into the flesh with a round melon-baller, keeping the indentations close together to get as many balls as possible.
Add the melon to the strawberries.
With a spoon, scrape out any pulp and juice remaining in the cantaloupe shells and place in the bottom of 4 serving bowls.
Toss the strawberries and melon balls and divide equally among the bowls, top each with a mint sprig, and serve.
