Melon and Ginger Creams Recipe
Ingredients
| Crystallized ginger | 2 Ounce | |
| Canned Creamed Rice Pudding - 1 can | ||
| Melon | 1 , diced | |
| Cream | 1/4 Pint | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Chop the crystallized ginger. Keep aside some pieces for garnish.
2) Add in the creamed rice pudding into a large bowl. Add in the chopped ginger along with the diced melon.
SERVING
3) To serve, take four sundae glasses. Spoon in the pudding mixture.
4) Top the glasses with a dollop of cream and sprinkled with chopped crustallized ginger.
