 Hard-boiled eggs6 , hardboiled
 Dill pickle3 Tablespoon, finely chopped
 Mayonnaise1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Dijon Mustard2 Teaspoon

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. If not eaten straight from the bowl, egg salad is especially good on lightly toasted white sandwich bread.
