Melissa Pasanen's Egg Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Hard-boiled eggs | 6 , hardboiled | |
| Dill pickle | 3 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dijon Mustard | 2 Teaspoon |
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. If not eaten straight from the bowl, egg salad is especially good on lightly toasted white sandwich bread.
