Ingredients

 Teaspoon1 Tablespoon, reduced
 6 ounces vanilla dietary frozen dessert, slightly softened
 3 zwieback, made into crumbs
 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon shredded coconut, toasted

Directions

Force raspberry spread through sieve into small bowl to remove seeds; add frozen dessert and, using a fork, stir spread slightly through dessert to create swirl effect (do not thoroughly combine).
Using small ice cream scoop, form 4 balls and place on baking sheet; cover lightly with plastic wrap and freeze until hard.
On sheet of wax paper combine crumbs and coconut; roll each ball in mixture until well coated on all sides.
Serve immediately or cover and freeze for future use.
