Melba Sauce Recipe
I am sure we both will agree that this Melba Sauce is simply delicious And I am double sure that this recipe of Melba Sauce makes it super delicious. If you have a lot of Fruits on hand then you know its time to make some Melba Sauce. There is not a single month when I don't serve this yummy Side Dish! I am certain we both will agree that this Melba Sauce is very scrumptious.
Ingredients
1 package (10 oz.) frozen raspberries in heavy syrup, defrosted
1 can (8 1/4 oz.) sliced peaches, drained; reserve syrup
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
Directions
In small glass bowl, combine raspberries, reserved syrup, water and cornstarch.
TO COOK BY INSTA-MATIC: Cover completely with plastic wrap; cook on COOK 8.
TO COOK BY TIME: Cook at HIGH 4 to 4 1/2 minutes, or until sauce is thickened; stir once.
TO COMPLETE: Stir well; chill.
Just before serving, add peaches.
