 Cooking oil3 Tablespoon
 Garlic2 Clove (10 gm), peeled and finely chopped
 Soya bean paste1 Tablespoon
 Water1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Mustard greens stalks3
 Fried mackerel  1 Can (10 oz) (Ayam Brand In Black Beans 150 G)
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste
 Yellow noodles250 Gram
 Beans sprout30 Gram
 Light soya sauce2 Teaspoon (Ayam)
 Thick soya sauce2 Teaspoon (Ayam)
 Red chilies2 , sliced at an angle
 Egg1
 Coriander leaves1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Fried shallot2 Tablespoon

Directions

STIR FRYING
Heat up the oil in a wok on medium heat and fry the garlic until fragrant.
Add in the fried mackerel and the soya bean paste. Fry until it becomes aromatic
Add the mustard greens and stir fry briefly. Add in the noodles together with the light
and thick soya sauces. Add in the salt and sugar.
Add in the bean sprouts and stir fry very quickly to avoid to overcook the bean sprouts.
Remove from the heat.
PRESENTATION
Put the noodle on the plate and garnish with sliced red chilies, omelet, coriander leaves and fried
shallots on top.
