Medley Extravaganza Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 cup carrots
1/4 cup turnip
1/4 cup parsnip
1/4 cup zucchini
1/4 cup green peas
1/4 cup whole kernel corn
Salt and pepper
Directions
With a small melon bailer, shape carrots, turnip, parsnip and zucchini into pearls.
In a saucepan filled with lightly salted boiling water, blanch vegetables 3 minutes or so.
Drain.
