Medium White Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
2 cupful milk
4 tablespoonful fat
4 tablespoonful flour
1/2 teaspoonful salt
Dash of pepper
Directions
Melt the fat in the top of a double-boiler and add the flour, salt, and pepper.
Blend thoroughly.
Pour in the cold milk and stir constantly until thick.
Cover and cook without stirring 20 min.
