Medium White Sauce Recipe

Eating just one is not possible for any one is my claim for this recipe of medium white sauce. It is a great side dish. Tell me how you enjoyed my medium white sauce. Feedback helps to keep me going and experimenting more.

Ingredients

 
2 tablespoons (30 ml) butter, at room temperature
 
2 tablespoons (30 ml) all-purpose flour
 
1 cup (250 ml) milk or cream
 
1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) salt
 
Dash pepper

Directions

Assemble Blender.
Put ingredients into blender container.
Cover and process at WHIP until well blended.
Pour into saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick.
Thin White Sauce: Follow recipe for Medium White Sauce, reducing butter and flour to 1 tablespoon (15 ml) each.
Thick White Sauce: Follow recipe for Medium White Sauce, increasing butter and flour to 3 to 4 tablespoons (45 to 60 ml) each.
