Medium White Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
Directions
In a deep, 1 quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole melt butter on full power for 30 seconds.
Blend in flour and salt until smooth.
Gradually, stirring constantly, add milk.
Heat, uncovered, on roast for 3 to 4 minutes or until thickened and smooth.
Stir occasionally.
