Ingredients

 Tomatoes2 Medium, chopped
 Cucumber1 Large, chopped
 Garbanzo beans1 Can (10oz), drained, rinsed
 Provolone cheese4 Ounce
 Basil leaves2 Tablespoon, chopped
 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, chopped
 1/3 cup fat free Caesar salad dressing
 Romaine lettuce1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 2 (6-inch) pita breads, torn into 1/2-inch pieces

Directions

Combine all ingredients except salad dressing, lettuce and pita breads in large bowl; toss lightly. Add dressing; toss lightly. Cover; refrigerate 2 hours to blend flavors.

Just before serving, add lettuce and pita bread; toss lightly.
