Mediterranean Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| French Beans package | 1 , frozen | |
| Pimiento | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Cooked chicken | 2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Condensed cream of mushroom soup | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| Oregano | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper white | 1 To taste | |
| 2/3 cup cashew or roasted peanut halves | ||
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
Directions
Melt butter in 2- or 3-quart saucepan.
Add onion, celery, and beans.
Cover; simmer over lowheat about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beans are tender.
Add pimiento, chicken, soup, and seasonings.
Cook 10 minutes to blend flavors; stir as needed to prevent sticking.
Stir in nuts.
Sprinkle with parsley
Add onion, celery, and beans.
