Ingredients

 Wild rice1/2 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked
 Brown rice1/2 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked
 Olive oil3 Tablespoon, divided
 2 cups canned ready-to-serve chicken broth
 Onion1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Pine nuts1/2 Cup (16 tbs), toasted
 Pepper1 Teaspoon
 Dried basil1 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

Saute wild rice and brown rice in 2 tablespoons hot olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat 2 minutes.
Add broth; bring to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 30 minutes.
Saute onion in remaining 1 tablespoon hot olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat until tender.
Stir in toasted pine nuts and remaining ingredients.
Add onion mixture to rice mixture.
Cover and simmer an additional 15 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
