Mediterranean Tuna Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Green beans | 1/4 pound | |
| Tuna | 1 Can (10oz), separated | |
| Capers | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Great northern beans | 1 Can (10oz), drained, rinsed | |
| Tomato | 1 Large, chopped | |
| 12 ripe Greek olives | ||
| Bottled Italian dressing | ||
Directions
Cook green beans in lightly salted boiling water 5 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain.
Rinse with cold water; drain again.
Place tuna in center of serving platter; sprinkle with capers.
Arrange beans, tomatoes and olives around tuna; surround with green beans.
Sprinkle with chives, if desired.
