Sun dried tomatoes - 1 cup, finely chopped
 
Roasted and peeled red bell peppers - 1 cup, finely chopped

Pita or pita chips - for serving

Directions

MAKING
1. In a large bowl, finely crumble the feta, add the rest of the ingredients and combine well. It is best to mix this at least 2 hours before serving so that the flavors come out.
2. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

SERVING
3. Serve with pita chips or even in a sandwich instead of regular mayonnaise, goes great with chicken.
