Mediterranean Shish Taouk Recipe
Ingredients
| 500 g/1 lb boneless chicken 1 pieces | ||

| MARINADE | ||
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Yogurt | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Onion | 1 Large, grated | |
| Garlic – ginger paste | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 2 tsp dried thyme or oregano | ||
| 2 tsp Lebanese spice powder | ||
| Ground roasted cumin | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 tsp red chilli powder or paprika | ||
| Tomato ketchup | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Garam masala | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Oil | 4 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Beat yogurt till smooth Add all the other ingredients of the marinade.
Add chicken and pieces of onion.
Keep aside covered for atleast 4 hours in the refrigerator.
Oil the barbecue plate/rack.
Preheat barbecue to medium heat.
Cook the chicken on the lightly oiled barbecue for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
