|Greek yogurt||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Dried mint||1 Tablespoon|
|Fresh mint||1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)|
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm), minced|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Optional)|
|Salt||1 Teaspoon (to taste)|

1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, dried mint, fresh mint and garlic till combined.
2. In a large bowl, take the cooked pasta, mix the yogurt into it and stir well to incorporate and coat all the pasta well.
3. Season with salt to taste and mix well.
4. In a serving plate or bowl, serve it garnished with mint leaf as a side with choice of meat or as a vegetarian dish by itself.
