 1 cup Brand Rice
 2 (6-oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts
 Mayonnaise1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Curry powder1/4 Teaspoon
 2 green onions and tops, chopped
 Green pepper1/2 Medium, chopped
 Pitted black olives14 , sliced
 Cooked ham1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Crisp salad greens

Directions

In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil.
Stir in bouillon cubes, onion, salt, garlic salt, monosodium glutamate, if desired, sugar, turmeric and rice.
Cover tightly and simmer 20 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Let stand, covered, until all water is absorbed, about 5 minutes.
Cool.
Drain artichokes; reserve marinade.
Cut artichokes in half.
In a large bowl, combine marinade, mayonnaise and curry powder.
Fold in cooled rice, green onions, green pepper, black olives, ham and artichokes.
Chill 4 hours or overnight.
