Ingredients
3 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
1 box (10 ounces) couscous
1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
8 ounces cherry tomatoes, chopped
1 carrot, shredded
1/2 cup WISH BONEĀ® Healthy Sensation! Italian Dressing
Directions
In 2-quart saucepan, bring water and salt to a boil; stir in couscous.
Cover; remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
Fluff with fork; set aside 10 minutes to cool.
In large bowl, toss couscous with remaining ingredients; refrigerate.
