Mediterranean Burgers Recipe
Ingredients
| Lean ground beef | 1 Pound | |
| 12 pimento stuffed olives, finely chopped | ||

| Gruyere cheese | 2 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Lemon zest | 1/2 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |

Directions
Place ground beef in a large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Shape into 4 patties.
Put burgers in a hinged wire grill and place on barbecue over medium-hot coals.
Cook 6 to 8 minutes on each side, turning burgers only once with flat metal spatula.
