14-oz jar (420 g) artichoke hearts, finely chopped
3 3-oz (270 g) Smoked Garlic Salmon Sausages, minced
1/2 cup (120 ml) Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup (120 ml) black olives, chopped juice of 1 lemon
1 cup (240 ml) mayonnaise
4 oz (120 ml) sun-dried tomato vinaigrette dressing
1/2 tsp (3 ml) fresh garlic
Directions
Mix all ingredients and bake in a 350°F (180°C) preheated oven until golden brown.
