Meatza Pizzas Recipe
Meatza pizzas are beef and bacon pizzas prepared with added mushrooms. Flavored with oodles of tomato sauce and herbed with oregano, the meatza pizzas are made with a patty base. Broiled to prepare rather than baking, they are cheesy and filling.
Ingredients

| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| Bread crumbs | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| 4 teaspoons Beef-Flavor Instant Bouillon | ||
| Garlic powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Tomato Paste | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Oregano leaves | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Sliced mushrooms | ||
| Green pepper | 1 To taste, chopped (Toppings:) | |
| Pepperoni | 1 To taste, sliced (Toppings:) | |
| Cooked crumbled bacon | ||
| Shredded Mozzarella cheese | ||
Directions
In large bowl, combine meat, onion, crumbs, eggs, bouillon and garlic powder; mix well.
Shape into 8 or 10 patties (about 3 1/2 inches each), flattening centers and forming a 1/2-inch rim around edges.
Arrange on broiler pan rack; broil 6 inches from heat 5 to 8 minutes.
Meanwhile, stir together tomato paste, oregano and sugar.
Spread equal portions in center of each patty.
Top with your favorite toppings and cheese.
Broil 1 to 2 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Serve immediately or cool completely, wrap tightly and freeze, lb serve, thaw and reheat in 300° oven 15 to 20 minutes.
Refrigerate leftovers.
