Directions
MAKING
1. In a 2 qt. glass casserole brown ground beef (high) 3-4 minutes stirring to crumble.
2. Add onions, garlic, parsley and celery and microwave (high), covered, 5 minutes stirring once.
3. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, pepper, oregano, basil and thyme.
4. Microwave (high), covered, 20 minutes, stirring several times.
SERVING
5. Let it rest, covered for about 5 minutes and serve.
