Meaty Red Bean Chili Recipe Video

| Meat alternative | 500 Gram | |
| Garlic | 4 Clove (20 gm), chopped | |

| Ancho chilly powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Chipotle powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ground cumin | 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |

| Kosher salt | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |

Directions
1. Heat a pot on medium high heat and pour some oil.
2. Put the diced onions into the pot, stir it around for 1 minute and pop the meat alternative inside it.
3. Stir it around, reduce the heat and let it cook for 3 minutes.
4. Season with chilly powder, ancho chilly powder, chipotle powder, ground cumin, kosher salt, black pepper and oregano, mix well and let it cook for 1 minute.
5. Add kidney beans, jalapeno peppers, cover the top and let it cook for 20 minutes.
SERVING
6. Serve the meaty red bean chilli with a rice side.
